Wow that wind was cold today. I went out for my mile and was FREEZING and figured this shouldn’t be punishment. As soon as I had my mile I went back in and exercised in the house. Good news: mile done Bad news: I am a wuss. I wish I had a wonderful thought producing insight today, but I didn’t. At least I have another 355 days to figure it out………
