Another day, another mile- and I wasn’t being lazy by going just one mile it was a busy day. Went to Zumba box this morning with Tara, bought a new bike and went for a long ride with the kids, and then took the dogs on a walk. Lots of activity today, I guess really this is the point of getting out there. Not many thoughts on the mile today, I was really focusing keeping two dogs, a little girl and a boy on a bike on the sidewalk. For once I finished my mile before 3 o’clock, yay!!! Looking forward to a little wine and some girl talk tonight………..
